All functions are either accessible through the navigation bar at the left or the menubar at the top of the screen.
You open and close the navigation bar by swiping left to right or tapping on this button
The menubar often does not show all functions at once due to limited space.
With newer devices tap on this 
button to access the remaining functions.
With older devices press the menu button of your device to pop-up more functions.
With selecting a list entry, the menubar changes to provide functions like 
edit or 
delete.
